HCA grants special leave in Eddie Obeid matter and refuses special leave in Chris Dawson matter. Today HCA to hear matter of Palmanova Pty Ltd v. Commonwealth of Australia re the forfeiture of a black basalt Bolivian artefact (see [2023] FCA 1391 for a picture).
