A court ruled a young woman’s manager sexually harassed her by showing her pornographic videos, brushing sex toys against her thigh and making sexualised comments.
Lawyers and academics say the change marks a state’s biggest incursion into federal workplace regulation in decades, but is unlikely to be enforceable.
