Austlii has now completed its High Court of Australia - Seminal Case Files project. When the database was launched last year it contained documents
relating to 8 seminal cases, it now contains documents relating to 37 seminal cases (along with files from 31 other related cases - such as cases appealed from). There are 3,155 documents included in the database, totalling 72,039 pages, including: affidavits with exhibits, transcripts, orders/order sheets, submissions, notices of motion, statements of claim, chamber summons, bills of costs, maps and photographs.

An update on Candace Owens’ High Court case!
The case will now proceed as a “special case” (meaning the HCA rules on legal questions only). No hearing date set yet but the final deadline for parties’ court docs is 23 April so a hearing is not far away
